In the optimization process, we introduce advanced tools such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to ensure that the structure of the bioreactor and accessories meet the culture requirements. Each sub-system is well designed and performs reliably, for instance, the inlet filter equipped with an online replacement function, and the equipment of spare tail gas system also equipped with an online replacement function, which enhances the equipment’s ability to cope with abnormal situations.
